The trip has been postponed due to the restrictions the new date is now June 2022 which will give me more time to fundraise and to get fit to take on this challenge. I am still really excited and motivated to raise the funds and complete the trek to support the wonderful work of our marie curie nurses.

I have been working with Marie curie for the past 16 years during this time I have supported hundreds of families and patients who are facing an emotional and sad time in their lives,we provide personal and emotional support enabling patients to stay at home with their loved ones by their side till the end.

It is a hugely rewarding job but it’s a charity so Iv decided to walk for 8 days across the Canadian rockies to raise as much cash as possible for all the fantastic Marie Curie angels who go out to work 7 nights a week 52 weeks of the year at 10pm in all weather conditions to do the job they love.
