After a long two year wait I am finally embarking on the trail to Machu Picchu, the old mountain.

I planned this in 2020, to celebrate the 2 years since I donated 60% of my liver. However the event was delayed due to dreaded COVID.

When I was making up my mind before donating the liver, there was a whirlwind of thoughts I would be physically active post donation. Though convinced that I would be alright but still an apprehension did exist. Around that time I came across many people who had similar fears and had strong resets against donating organs such as kidney or liver.

Well hear I am four year since and in the best of my health ever. And that’s the message that I want to send across to people who might be in the same position as I was four years back.

I am requesting to you be part of my journey on the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. All the money raised will be donated directly to The Childrens Hospital Charity who have pledged to use this money to improve the care of children with cancer.
