Hello everyone, thank you for taking the time to visit my Just giving page.

Right now in this country, there are children who feel scared, unloved, and like they simply don't matter. Without the right help, this can be an overwhelming and a lonely place to be. This has to change. I am part of a team from Carnival RAG who are supporting The Children's Society this year by taking on the Everest Base Camp Trek in 2019. Reaching the highest point at 5,545m above sea level, this 2 week trek will be both a mental and physical challenge.

I am hoping to get all of your support into raising £3,000 for The Children's Society to help give aid to children facing a variety of serious problems in their lives such as mental health, being victims of trafficking, abuse, sexual exploitation, poverty and more. 

By providing services such as counselling, therapy, speaking out for victims as well as campaigning and introducing new policies, The Children's Society reach over half a million children each year.

Together, with your help we can do what's needed to help more vulnerable children realise their own potential and give them the life they deserve. You are doing something amazing by giving a child the life changing support they need, thank you.
