السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته
After Allah granted me the ability to raise more than the amount I intended for Jamia Al Karam in March 19, I am once again fundraising for this noble cause. A year has passed yet the question still remains:
Where are the leaders in our community going to come from? In almost every mosque at the moment there is generally two imams.
In the midst of a time in which the Muslim community has been lacking in scholarship, for over thirty years Jamia Al-Karam has been a centre of knowledge and has produced over 300 graduates in the Islamic sciences. These have gone out into your communities and are contributing to the betterment of society.
A non-profit organisation requires funding in order to function. An Islamic school which has been fulfilling its purpose for over 30 years is struggling, and needs your help in order to continue its mission.
We ask you to donate generously to this great cause, not only so you can improve the life of an aspiring scholar, but also so you could help maintain the foundation of Islam for the forthcoming generations.
"Charity does not decrease wealth..."
[Muslim].
“When a man dies, his acts come to an end, but three, recurring charity, or knowledge (by which people) benefit, or a pious son, who prays for him (for the deceased)” [Muslim].
Especially in a time of pandemic the donations to an institution of Islam is necessary. The month of Ramadan is filled with opportunities for ones salvation. Perhaps that pound you give today will be your means of entering jannah.
May Allah accept our efforts and donations to his perfect religion.
Aameen.
JazakAllahu Khairan.
