We will be representing Shoosmiths as part of the Manchester Trainee Solicitor Group (MTSG) team in aid of their charity Partner, We Love MCR on the gruelling 3 peaks challenge.

The challenge will consist of a 6am start walking an ascent of 5,200ft (1,585m) over a distance of 24 miles (38.6km) within 12 hours. The Yorkshire 3 Peaks takes on the peaks of Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, it is not a challenge for the faint hearted!

We Love MCR is a fantastic charity helping our local community in Manchester. One of the charity initiatives supported by MTSG is the Manchester Rising Stars Fund. The fund aims to give young Mancunians a helping hand to take opportunities that might otherwise be out of their reach. Limited funds can be a barrier to many young people, and the charity recognises that a little financial support at the right time can make a big difference. MTSG have hired young and aspiring photographers at recent events through the Rising Stars Fund, which not only helps provide work experience, but also assists in building a professional portfolio.
