I am going to be running 3650 km during 2018, which I'll do as an average of 10km per day (I may not run each day, but the end of year total is my aim). This is the equivalent of running from Manchester to Beirut (Google it, it's far!!).

I will use this page to donate to the National Autistic Society, who provide such a great service to people that have Autism/Asperger's, children and adults alike. Autism is a condition that isn't always visible, and can sometimes be overlooked, so the support is vital to helping people live their lives to their full potential. This is a something very close to heart and home.

I will also be collecting cash, which will be donated separately. I would urge each person to give as little or as much as you can to these causes.

Any donations made by this page will go to NSA. Anyone that would like to join me for a run (normally 10k but can be amended to whoever would give their valuable time) I'd ask to donate anything they can, (£1 to £5 or whatever possible each time you join me would be great!). Please look at this as a donation for your own efforts, and maybe a personal challenge, but I would see it as a massive support to me, and thank you.

The more I sit back and put the time constraints, distance, efforts and physical pain that I (and my massively supportive family and friends) am willing to put in this, the more in awe I am of the people I am aiming to help.
