Chailey Heritage Foundation changes the lives of young people living with complex disabilities. From being able to communicate to taking their first steps, we provide life-changing education, care and a thriving community of support for the young people and their families.

Story

I am raising funds for Chailey Heritage Foundation, a pioneering charity dedicated to enriching the lives of young people with complex physical disabilities and health needs. Its vision is simple and clear: Every young person will be given every opportunity to make progress towards fulfilment. Your donation allows them to buy the equipment these young people need to pursue their potential and access every possible opportunity for independence. To find out more please visit www.chf.org.uk.

At this particular point, fundraising efforts will help us to buy a minibus so that the young people at Chailey Heritage can access fun, enriching activities within their community and thus broaden their experiences.

This is going to be a tough challenge for me, the furthest I’ve run in a race previously is ten miles in 2016.  Knowing that I am raising money for a charity so so extraordinary in its mission will push me to the finish line even at mile 22 (that and the prospect of a beer and the return of Game of Thrones)!  Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and (hopefully) for supporting Chailey and me!
