For those that don't know my Dad passed away suddenly in May 2016. 

He passionately devoted his life to his work  as a Honorary Professor of Old Age Psychiatry.

He was very involved with the Radford Care Group and on was on the board of directors for over 30 years. The Radford  Care Group is a local charity that has been providing innovative and invaluable support services to older people since 1968.  These services include friendship groups, supported day care, dementia care and information sessions and healthcare services such as podiatry and physiotherapy.

It is a really worthwhile cause and I hope you will support me today!! 

I am very fortunate that my fabulous friends Lizzie  Fursdon and Ruth Beaton  will be joining me too to raise money for this very deserving charity.
