As you know I lost my little brother Steffan to suicide in Nov 2018 and since then I have started LiSS (Living in Suicide's Shadow) with Lisa and Ana to try and support those bereaved by suicide. 

LiSS are doing a 13mile walk throughout the night to raise awareness about suicide and this year we would like to help charities that promote suicide awareness and are doing an amazing job in supporting those bereaved by suicide: Papyrus, 2 Wish Upon A Star and Sandy Bear. 

We'll be going from the dark in Slebech into the light arriving in Saundersfoot, from the darkness of suicide ideation into the light of hope brought by helping friends.

Wish Upon A Star provides immediate bereavement support for families, individuals and professionals who have suddenly and traumatically lost a child or young adult aged 25 years and under.When a family loses a child or young adult the effects are devastating for all who knew and loved them. It is important that support is available if and when required.It is important families know that they are not alone and that the feelings they are experiencing are often normal.
