This October, I'm taking on the 100 Miles in October challenge in support of the National Autistic Society. The National Autistic Society supports the 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families through specialist schools, campaigning for better rights and services, and helping organisations become more autism friendly. Their work is transforming lives and changing attitudes every day. Any donation, big or small, would mean so much.
