After having to delay our cycle for 18 months given Covid, we are set to ride from London to Paris from 8th - 11th September 2021, and we've been hard at work training for it.

If you'd said to me two years ago, or at any time in the past, that I'd contemplate cycling from London to Paris I'd think you mad but, here I am determined to make it to prove to myself that physically and mentally I can do it. I'm dreading the first leg of the ride to Dover but am assured that by doing the training I'll be fine, lets hope they're right. 

Helen & Douglas House is a wonderful cause to raise funds for, our local children's hospice and a home from home for families with children with life shortening diseases to enjoy the little time they have with them in a safe and loving environment.
