After kindly being gifted a place, I will be dusting off my running trainers and completing the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday 9th October raising funds for the Isabel Hospice. 

The Isabel Hospice is a local Hertfordshire charity which supports patients with life limiting conditions in end of life care. As many of you will know, a year ago a friend of ours passed away after a short and aggressive cancer battle. It was her wish that funds be raised for the place that showed her and her family exceptional care at such a difficult time. The Isabel Hospice raises vital funds for so many and was also a charity that Mark’s late Auntie Mandy supported and championed prior to her own battle with pancreatic cancer a few years ago.

The money raised on this page will be joined together with all the funds already collected in Katy’s name with the aim of raising £40,000 on what is the 40th anniversary for the charity. So if you can spare a few pennies in sponsorship it will be very much appreciated.
