Story
In early May Sienna and Bethany were lucky enough to get a behind the scenes tour of the Swan Sanctuary in Shepperton
They were shown around, and saw the fantastic work this charity does for all the swans and waterfowl, not just locally but all over the country.
They care for in excess of 3000 Swans and waterfowl. Many of which wouldn't survive in the wild anymore, so the Sanctuary becomes their forever home.
They have an on sight operating theatre, laser treatment for spinal injuries, hydrotherapy pool and much more to help give these swans the best chance of survival and best quality of life as possible.
Unfortunately, swans are often harmed by other animals, pollution, power cables and even humans, and it's not a problem that's going away any time soon.
So on 26th May 2019 the girls wanted to help support this great cause and walk from Savil Gardens, up to Virginia Water Lake, all the way around the lake, and back up to Savil garden again..... Dressed as Swans of course - to raise as much money for this charity that has now become close to their hearts.
Please sponsor them and help them reach their target. It would mean a lot to them both.
Thankyou. Xx
