Our team are taking on the challenge of the DofE Adventure, hiking 50km in two days in the South Downs. The money raised will help more young people transform their lives through the DofE.

As an Explorer Scout Leader and DofE supervisor, I see the incredible benefits young people get from participating in this scheme, developing individual skills & self confidence as well as a strong sense of community spirit. I am delighted that St. James's Place, for whom I have worked as a representative for over 14 years are sponsoring the DofE Award scheme.

I have roped in Anita, co-director of Hythe Bay Financial and fellow scout leader & DofE supervisor; Emma Tordoff, paraplanner for our SJP practice and mother of a Silver DofE Participant; Helen & Ian Oakes, long time clients of St. James's Place, whose daughter is a DofE participant and whose son is counting the days until he can sign up!
