Over the easter weekend the LWC canoe team, will be competing in the Devices to Westminster race known in the canoeing world as the canoeing Everest .The race takes place over a 100+ mile course with at least a half marathon of which we will be running with the boat . We will be competing In this race to raise awareness for Prostate Cancer and to fund raise for research so that more men are able to be supported by the new this as 8 in 10 men will suffer from it even if they don’t know.
