SPINAL INJURIES ASSOCIATION - COAST TO COAST CYCLE 220Miles

I am raising money for such a special charity which is close to my heart and feel privileged to apart of. Spinal Injuries Association touch so many peoples lives who have suffered a spinal cord injury. SIA supported my mother who suffered her spinal injury at the very young age of 14 and since founded in 1977 they have been an invaluable support mechanism for her, our family & continue to be, some 44 years later!

I am taking part in their Coast to Coast cycling challenge across 3 days on Thursday 30th September from South Port to North Tyneside. 

Day 1 - Southport to Ilkley, 81 miles
Day 2 - Ilkley to Darlington, 76 Miles
Day 3 - Darlington to Whitley Bay, 66 Miles
