Three years ago my sister in law Anne Simm died after a very brave battle against an agressive brain tumour. Anne was a wonderful person who  remained possitive and upbeat despite living with such a horrible illness. 

 

I have decided to run the Pennine 10km in Burnley on 2nd June 2013 in memory of Anne and also hope to raise some well needed funds for Pendleside hospice who do great work in our community providing excellent end of life care.

 

Those of you who know me well will realise that this a big challenge for me( are there any pubs or bus stops en route) but my aim to run the whole way in a decent time.
