After 8 years of trying, a lockdown cancellation and a postponement, I am very fortunate to FINALLY be running the London Marathon on behalf of Leonard Cheshire. As a teacher and former pupil at Vyners School I have been well aware of the fantastic work that this charity does for children, young people and adults with disabilities. As it is Vyners 60th year I thought it was a fantastic time to raise money for a good cause that is so connected with the fabric of the school, a great way to show the best that Vyners stands for. Community, Aspiration, Respect and Endeavour. Whatever you can give to help this charity empower people to live free and fulfilling lives.
