At Northern Ireland Hospice, we care for more than 4,000 babies, children and adults with life-limiting illnesses, both in Hospice and in the community. We look after every patient's nursing, medical, social, spiritual and emotional needs with support for their family continuing into bereavement.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The big 'C'

It's that dreaded word that everyone hates to hear - Cancer.

If you, like me, have had a personal experience of dealing with family and friends with cancer, you will appreciate the wonderful work Northern Ireland Hospice does.  They provide specialist care to children, young people and adults with life-limiting illness. They aim to provide the best quality of life for their patients and their families in Hospice and in the community.

I will be one of 20 cyclists who are participating in a Charity Cycle on Saturday 11th May 2013. We hope to cover 100km (http://ridewithgps.com/users/149857/routes), and will take in some of the most scenic parts of Northern Ireland.

Anything you can spare for this worthy cause would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your consideration
