I am taking part in the London to Brighton cycle for the British Heart Foundation on 16th June 2019 with my friend Stephen King.

Stephen has a replacement mitral valve, so to be able to do this ride alongside him is inspiring and a very special moment for myself. 

To be able to do something we both love and raise funds at the same time for a really worthy organisation is a real pleasure to know that it will go towards helping the medical professionals, the doctors, surgeons and researchers, to continue to improve the quality of life for those with heart disease.
