I am hoping to raise money for Amnesty International by running in a small event organised by a group of friends from my local climbing club. The trail is in the Gredos Mountains in Spain and will include three peaks one of which is the highest in central Spain. The route will be almost 30km and reaching a height of 2592 metres (6504ft) with the second peak being 2572 metres (6138ft).  The accumulated climb i´m told will be 1871 metres approx
