Eighteen months ago I had an experimental hip resurfacing. Today I am training for the London Marathon and looking forward to finishing on Sunday, 3rd October with a smile and a medal. 

I am doing it for Pushkin House, the oldest independent charity dedicated to Russian culture. I have embraced Russia and its culture for many years now and want to help the charity renovate its home located in the heart of Bloomsbury, London. The more I raise the closer they will come to their dream of improving their home from where they promote and present the best of Russian culture.
