On 8th June 2019 I will be attempting the Joss Naylor challenge. Running off road for 48 miles with 17,000' ascent. From Pooley Bridge to Greendale Bridge, Wasdale. To succeed I must complete within 15 hours.

This will be the hardest thing I have done for many years and I would be delighted if you could put a few quid in for a very worthy cause.
