Bringing up children and raising a healthy, happy family is hard work at the best of times. When a child is born with or develops a terminal condition, the emotional and physical impact affects the whole family and can be overwhelming. Demelza focus on supporting each child, young person and family they work with to achieve the best possible life. As specialists in care for young people and family support, Demelza continue to use their outstanding knowledge, experience and expertise to help families enjoy their lives together.

To support Demelza and raise awareness of the incredible work they do, I'm facing my fears of heights and abseiling down the side one of the tallest buildings in London - the Cheese Grater. I'll be filming the whole thing so I can share it all with you once its been done!
