LETJOG for those who don't want to google it is Lands End to John O'Groats.  Some of my family are riding it all and I will be joining them for the last 400 miles from the 6th to the 9th June.

Brigid was my mother in law and sadly she recently passed away having suffered from Alzheimers for a number of years.  This illness affects all sorts of people of all ages and backgrounds and their families.

The work of the Alzheimers Society is important for helping to find ways of combating and hopefully one day reversing the effects but also in providing support for people who have been diagnosed with dementia and their families.

The 400 mile section includes the Highlands which I am hoping is an exaggeration, but even if it is not it I would appreciate anything you can donate to help the work of this important charity and in some small way celebrate the life of a lovely lady.
