In October this year after the best part of 2 years of training I’m going to compete in my first full Ironman, which consists of a 3.86km swim (2.4miles) followed by  a 180.25km ride (112miles) then a 42.2km run (26.22 miles).  

I’m doing this for RACA Adopt a School, a brilliant charity educating and inspiring children through Food and Hospitality. If you’re able to sponsor me it would be much appreciated and for a great cause.
