On June 24^th 2017, I will be running 58kms/ 36miles across the Cotswolds countryside to help raise awareness of the mental health issues facing millions in the UK. With increasing pressures on day to day life, including the impact that new technologies are having on the lives of young children, the support MIND provide individuals in developing mental resilience, as well as supporting those who develop mental health problems is truly inspiring.

In my own little way, I am seeking to support MIND in the great work they do and to raise money to support their ongoing programmes. 

I would greatly appreciate your support with any financial contribution you can provide to support MIND and to push me through my own, albeit short-lived pain barriers!
