We're big fans of what Work Ltd do here in Sheffield, proving life skills and occupational training to people with learning difficulties. They're a small, local charity and yet they have nearly 80 students each week benefiting from the individual support they provide. We also love going for something to eat up at their Hidden Gem Cafe where the food is fabulous and a number of their students work. Really, if you live in Sheffield and haven't been there, you're missing out. Anyway, bottom line is, we think they're special people doing great work.

Anne and I are walking 80km (a double marathon) or so over this coming weekend. It's a chance for us to spend some time together and enjoy being outdoors in the (hopefully) sunny countryside but it's also quite a long way really! Anne's actually done two walks like this before but I've never been further on foot than a marathon so that's a bit more of a challenge for me.
