Yes - we're doing it again!!!

For the second time this year (and for me the fifth time in total) we will be in the saddle riding from London all the way to Brighton.  For the fifth time I'll be trying to ride up the dreaded Ditchling Beacon.  So far it's only beaten me once - through lack of training and too many cigarettes - but it won't beat me again...

This time we are doing it for the Friends of Wisdom Hospice, a great cause I'm sure (hope) you'll agree.  If you haven't heard about the great work they do just follow the link on this page... 

Please give what you can, I have only set a fairly small target as I know that times are hard for everyone - but evry little really does help.
