My friend and I (Paul) are running the 10k run in Brighton on the 4th October 2009 in aid of my dad Eric Passaway who died on the 3rd July 2009 from cancer.

We are running for Countess Mountbatten Hospice in West End Southampton where they made the last few weeks of my dads life very comfortable and he said it was his 2nd home.  The staff and the volunteers work way above what you expect and would go that extra mile without questioning if they were due to finish or not. They work on donations and our goal is to try and make a £1000.

Please can you give us as much as you can so this fantastic place, Can continue to give the support to the patients and there families during very stressful times.

Paul and I have been training for a while and we have lost over 45lb between us. We are up at 6.30am so we can put 100% in to this so please do your part in helping us and donate.
