Many of you will remember my lovely dad, who's life was cut short by Leukemia in February this year.   My sister Tash, brother david and I are all cycling the 'Ride London 100 miles' to raise much needed funds for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.  Whilst my butt will be in some serious agony, the effort will all be worth it!  If you have a few spare bob (and David and Tasha haven't beaten me to it) , thank you in advance for all donations, to one of may causes people will be cycling hard for on the 2nd August.
