From the 6th October to the 11th October myself and a few colleagues from M&S Bank will be cycling from London To Antwerp (Belgium) which is approximately 260 miles which will be a bit of a challenge. I am doing this to raise money for Claire House Children's Hospice to aid their fantastic work and facilities which make a fantastic difference to families lives in the most trying times. So its not just about a broken rugby player in lycra its hopefully about making a difference
