A group of us who work together at Paragon are all competing in the Tough Mudder. A 12 mile obstacle course, described as extremely challenging. Testing both physical strength and mental grit. 

Our group are delighted to take on the challenge as it is for a fantastic cause, The Lilly Foundation. The Lilly Foundation does amazing work for children and young adults who suffer from Mitochondrial Disease, a very serious condition that often results in loss of life, in those effected by it. We are doing the Tough Mudder this Saturday morning in Henley. Please donate to this excllent cause.
