Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

Many will already know the key motivating factor.

This pernicious and deadly disease needs stopping and the MS Society continues to fund essential research for both a cure for and treatments to best manage MS.

I am sadly aware that all too many of us know of incredibly courageous people battling with MS.  Many of my cohort had the honour of the friendship of a fine sportsman, utter gentleman, good man to so many and one of life's true heroes; Professor Tim Evans, who was taken tragically early from his family and friends.  So this fundraising effort for the MS Society is particularly poignant.  https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/simon-steel1

'Steelo' is likely to finish after some 12 hours (optimistic) to 14 hours (pessimistic!) of swimming (2,4miles), cycling (112 miles) and running (26.2 miles) in the Land of Giants!

Thank you for reading, give as you can and please share as widely as possible.  TOMORROW!! IM WALES Sunday 10th September.https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/simon-steel1

My race number is 1504 should you wish to follow my pain 'Live' on the IM Website!
