In March 2022 a team of 12 of us are attempting to summit the three peaks just below Everest in the Khumbu Region of Nepal.

The first challenge is Everest base camp at 5345m and then the three high altitude passes of Renjo La 5360m Cho La 6420m Kongma La 5535m along with Kala Patthar at at 5545 m .

The ascent of the peaks also  involves traversing the 2 glacier regions of Ngozumpa and Khumbu.

The altitude and steep inclines make the 3 passes of Everest one of the most demanding in the Nepal region requiring stamina determination and a strong mental attitude.

This is a 19 day expedition which I am self funding but I am hoping to raise as much money as possible for Eden Valley Hospice my chosen charity for the trip 

After a career in the fire service for19 years  and the for the last 11 years  running my own fire safety business I want to give something back  by raising  some much needed funds for my local hospice.
