I am taking part in the Twickenham Spartan Race on the 23Rd November 2019, For my parents, they both passed away 5 weeks apart both at the Countess of Brecknock hospice, the care they received was second to none, they helped us through our difficult time and made our parents last days comfortable and restful, even helping us get our mum out into the Sun on her Birthday by taking her bed out on to the balcony as she loved the sun, our last birthday Memory. 

The Countess of Brecknock Hospice provides respite and palliative care to adults suffering from life-limiting illness who live in Andover and its surrounding villages or who have a connection with the area, together with comfort and support for their families, friends and carers.We are hugely reliant on voluntary donations to maintain the exceptionally high standard of services and care we provide. Put simply, if we don't support the Hospice, it won't be there to help when it is needed.

My aim is to raise £600.00 for the Hospice so please every little will help this amazing place.
