Yes - I am planning to ride 100 miles at Ride London for a great charity - Oxygen. Ignore the picture, I plan to ride the bike the other way up! 

Oxygen is run by my Brother - who has a massive heart for helping young people and he has been making a difference in the lives of so many youngsters for over 30 years! Oxygen's tagline is Believing in Young People. The charity works to tackle issues with knife crime and seeks to empower young people to develop to their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual capacities and enable them to realise their full potential. As a father of two youngsters with plenty of potential I am more than happy to risk a significant amount of chafing for the cause!
