On Sunday April 28th 2019, I will be participating in the London Marathon. The furthest I will have ever run. I've run the Great North Run twice- and this is both those runs- combined!!

I secured a ballot entry, but want to use my race as a way to help this local charity as much as I can. We all know someone these days affected by Cancer, and we are all being asked for sponsorship, but if you can find it in your hearts to donate any amount I (and the charity) will be grateful. This is to help support those people who've lost love ones and still have to continue living.

Paul Verrico is a good friend of mine, and he has been such an inspiration to me, we help each other train. (He ran Venice last year). He has also been so courageous and brave after losing Anna, and all the work he still achieves in her memory.
