Story

This February, I'm taking part in the ‘Move 28 minutes a day in February’ challenge (ie. run/walk for 1/2 hour every day) in aid of the National Autistic Society.

You may or may not know that I have an autistic son, so the difficulty of this challenge is probably more to do with finding half an hour of free time each day to actually fit in doing these runs/walks. Therefore I’m committing to doing this small daily effort in February to raise funds for The National Autistic Society as they are a charity whose work is particularly relevant to me and - even more so - to my little boy.

The National Autistic Society are there to help the 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families - be it running specialist schools, campaigning for improved rights or training companies on being more autism-friendly, they are dedicated to transforming lives and changing attitudes. Any donation towards my efforts are greatly appreciated and not only that, but they will also be a huge help in creating a society that works for all autistic people and their families, thank you! 💜
