St Helena Hospice in Colchester helped look after my wonderful mother-in-law Sandra Waite in her final days as she bravely lost her battle with cancer. I'm taking on this challenge to help raise money so they can continue to offer support and care to people and their families in difficult times. 

The challenge consists of 10.5 mile cycling, 9 mile trekking up Snowdonia and a 2.5 mile kayaking ALL IN ONE DAY, BACK TO BACK!!
