Specsavers is proud to partner with 3 homeless charities this Christmas to help remove the barriers that people experiencing homelessness can face accessing vital healthcare services. 

Homeless Voices Research (October 2021) revealed that more than half of people experiencing homelessness have unaddressed issues with their vision.

As part of the work in Northern Ireland, Specsavers is supporting Simon Community with donations.

Simon Community Northern Ireland believes everyone should have a place to call home. They are Northern Ireland's leading homelessness charity and the largest provider, with 21 emergency and temporary accommodation based services offering 464 beds and a warm welcome, every night of the year.

Each year Simon Community support over 3,000 people who find themselves without a home. They offer emergency accommodation, wellbeing services, dedicated youth & family services, and a 24-hour helpline, which last year answered 18,000 calls.

We're also giving our customers the option to donate via our Just Giving page links placed around our stores. All fundraising goes directly to Simon Community.
