For the month of March we are challenging everyone to get their trainers on and get active to raise money for Trafford Carers. From laps around your garden to a 5k, anyone can get involved.

We Care because you Care! Trafford Carers Centre supports unpaid Carers in the Trafford area. We offer carers respite, therapy, counselling, advocacy and health checks as well as advice and information to help overcome the physical and emotional pressures of the unpaid caring role.
