Diabetes UK is the charity leading the fight against the UK's devastating and fastest growing health crisis, working to create a world where diabetes can do no harm. It’s a fight that involves all of us – sharing knowledge and taking diabetes on together. Join us.

Story

This isn't a one off challenge - It's a challenge that's going to last a year (and maybe longer if you're feeling generous!).

It's simple (ish). As a minimum I'll do the equivalent of 1000 miles, and for every £1 over the first £1,000 raised I'll do an extra mile.

So when I say equivalent - 1 mile running = 1 mile. 3 miles cycling = 1 mile. or 1 mile swimming = 3 miles towards the target.

So either...

I swim 333 miles - like swimming to France and back 8 times!

I run 1000 miles - more than the length of the UK!

I cycle 3000 miles - like cycling across the entire width of America!

Or in my case a combination of the above..

And don't forget the more you donate, the more I have to do!

Thanks in advance - and don't be toooo generous ;o)
