For reasons outside of my control, I can no longer do coast-to-coast this year. I still really wanted to do something this year in memory of my cycling mate Roland though, so...

On 9th July I am taking part in the South Downs Gravel Epic. 100km off-road.

My target is to get into the top 35% of riders and get my fastest ever 100km time... a BIG challenge for me.

Pushing myself hard as I am doing this for Cancer Research UK in memory of my friend and training buddy, Roland.
