Robin Hood Half Marathon · 30 September 2012 ·

The Canoe Foundation aims to enrich the lives of all paddlers by increasing their opportunities to participate in paddlesports such as canoeing, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We especially love to support projects which benefit BAME groups, differently-abled people and women/girls.

Story

On Sunday 30th September 2012, I will be running the Robin Hood Half Marathon in Nottingham. Not only has this motivated me to get out and exercise, but I also hope that any monies raised will make a difference in supporting the Canoe Foundation in their work 'positively changing lives through canoeing'.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

I know times are tough, but please consider digging deep and give what you can.

Wish me luck!
