Granted some of you will not know who I am but I'm pretty sure some of you will know somebody who has suffered the heartache of losing a newborn baby!. In August 2017 my wife and I sadly lost our baby Bean months into our pregnancy and it effected us all as a family massively. Since then I have joined SANDS United FC Ashby in the hope of helping guys who have suffered the effects and trauma of losing a baby, sometimes before being to hold them in their arms. The charity SANDS has helped me and my family and the charity holds a special place in my heart so I wanted to give something back to them and in turn help promote, support and raise awareness for the charity so on Saturday 11th September shortly before midnight I will be taking on the Snowdon at Night challenge where I will be trekking for approx 8 hours continuously covering 21km of undulating terrain, with the added challenge of walking through the night!

I will be ascending a total of approx 975m in a single night and trekking as part of a team, supporting each and every team member to get through the challenge.

All the sponsorship and money I raise will be going to SANDS (stillborn and neonatal death) and to help raise awareness for such a worth cause and charity!.....
