The chosen charity Ellenor is important to everyone here as they looked after my dear friend Bill Dolan. He was diagnosed with Brain Tumor and the Ellenor nurses provided him and his family with support. This was a great help in a extremely difficult time. 

Myself along with two great colleagues Jay and Richard have decided to have a 5 month weight loss challenge. This is a great motivator for all to get into shape.

The challenge for our lads who are taking part is to lose weight but also and more importantly raise as much money for charity as possible. It truly is a great cause and I hope the community can come together.
