Hi Guys!

This September I will embark on a 502 mile cycle from Pembrokeshire to Paris. #Pembs2Paris2015. I will be participating in this challenge alongside 12 other local cyclists and collectively we aim to raise money for three local charities; The Pembrokeshire friends of Prostate Cancer, Pembrokeshire Autism Society and Pembrokeshire's Riding for the Disabled Facilities.
