People with learning disabilities say: 'we want to live our lives in the way we want to, getting good support from kind & friendly people. We want to lead healthy lives, have strong relationships, travel where we live, have good housing, try new things, be listened to & be part of our communities’.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We have participated in an event organised by the Brighton & Hove Property Consortium raising money for local charities.

On Friday May 6th we cycled about 126 miles from the i360 tower on Brighton seafront, via Newhaven-Dieppe, to arrive at the Eiffel Tower in Paris on Sunday May 8th.

The event is in aid of the Brighton & Hove Mayor's charities, The Martlets Hospice, Grace Eyre Foundation and The Argus Appeal. As we can only select one of these we have selected the Grace Eyre Foundation.

Thanks to donations we have smashed our goal of raising £2,500 and would appreciate your help in raising as much as possible.

Please sponsor us and help us raise some vital money for the Mayor's charities.
