So iv never ran a marathon. Iv never ran a half marathon. I ONCE ran 10k however I wanted to do something really challenging, and that would push me to my limits, and to do it in memory of my grandma betty gregson, who suffered with Alzheimers for many many years.

I saw my grandma go through all the stages of Alzhimers and it is a truly terrible illness, and so i think the Alzhimers society is a completely fantastic charity and am really keep to do a little bit of something to help.
